Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena. 

Characterized by a rich perfume and an agreeable and rounded acidity, the “Medaglia d’Argento” is an aromatic product which, with its intensity, enhances the flavours of any dish. It can be used fresh or can be heated in cooking preparations.
