Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store. 

Their Truffle Olive Oil is made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural truffle flavouring to create a rich flavoured oil that works wonderfully over mushroom risotto or tossed with pasta.
