Barbadillo Organic Reserva Sherry Vinegar 250ml

Produced exclusively from organic Palomino fina grapes grown in the Marco de Jerez vineyards by Bodegas Barbadillo. Organic standards are adhered to right through the production process from fermentation of the grape must to the long ageing of the vinegar over 5 years in oak barrel. Vinagre de Jerez Reserva is an intense vinegar suited to robust dishes. It is an ideal addition to dressings for salads, reductions and game dishes as well as the perfect ingredient for gazpacho.
