DOS Tartufi Black Truffle Oil, Organic

The first products in this catagory to be classified as organic, Emanuele Musini has developed a method of getting the natural aroma of the truffle into the oil without seeping the fungi in oil - which can create a risk of botulism - or using a chemical essence to mimic the truffle. No more of those petrol-like aromas that used to be associated with truffle oil. 

The black truffle oil is made using black summer truffles, and is intense and fragrant. Pair with hearty meat dishes or mushroom ragu.
