L'Estornell's Garnacha Red Wine Vinegar is produced in the region of Priorat in Catalonia using exclusively Grenache grapes. Aged in oak barrels, the vinegar has a rosy, copper-coloured hue and a bold, powerful aroma which reflects its maturity. Intense but well-balanced, this vinegar looks great as a pair with the organic oil from the same producer, and blends with it beautifully to make a delicious vinaigrette.
