Giusti “monolegni” are a tasting experience through the Giusti family recipes. Through an ancient system, the aging liquid is transferred through casks of different woods which release scents and flavors, creating a rich bouquet. Selected maturation in casks of a specific wood concentrates specific essences in each condiment:

Oak:
Unmistakable notes of vanilla with a balanced finish 

Juniper:
Distinctly strong and unique aromas of tobacco and whiskey

Cherry wood:
Sweetly spicy notes reminiscent of the fruit
