Handcrafted on the Ben Romdane family estate, KAÏA is the result of over five generations of dedication to olive cultivation in the central-eastern region of Mahdia, Tunisia. Led by Sarah Ben Romdane, whose third great-grandfather was the first Tunisian to export local oil to the United States, Kaïa is made from organic Chemlali olives, harvested at the perfect level of ripeness.

2024 Harvest Tasting Notes: Subtle and soft, light aromas of green apple and fresh herbs continue in the taste: smooth and sweet on the palate with no bitterness. A light fruity oil, perfect for drizzling over white fish or new potatoes.
