Team Tartufi Summer Truffle and Olive Cream

Team Tartufi was born when seven childhood friends from Milan came together to supply the highest quality fresh truffles, and truffle products, to restaurants across the world.  In May they launched their new line of products, to be used at home, made using the same high quality ingredients and with a fresh, energetic look. 

Use this summer truffle and olive cream on canapes or to garnish white fish dishes.
