Team Tartufi Tomato and Summer Truffle Sugo

Team Tartufi was born when seven childhood friends from Milan came together to supply the highest quality fresh truffles, and truffle products, to restaurants across the world.  In May they launched their new line of products, to be used at home, made using the same high quality ingredients and with a fresh, energetic look. 

Use this sugo served on croutons, or over pasta or gnocchi.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp, triple concentrate tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.), garlic, salt, parsley, basil, sugar, aroma.
