Team Tartufi was born when seven childhood friends from Milan came together to supply the highest quality fresh truffles, and truffle products, to restaurants across the world. In May they launched their new line of products, to be used at home, made using the same high quality ingredients and with a fresh, energetic look.
Ingredients: Ketchup (50% tomato concentrate, water, sugar, white vinegar, salt natural aromas, thickeners: xanathan and guar rubber), 3% summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.), salt, aroma. Acidifier: lactose acid, E270. For allergens, see ingredients listed in bold.
