Working alongside Simone of La Vecchia Dispensa, we created a capsule collection of three balsamic vinegars, each with a distinct use in the kitchen. The 'drizzle' balsamic, with its rich yet balanced flavour and slight density, is ideal for pairing with red meats, over hard or soft cheeses, or to add a sharpness to the natural sweetness of fresh fruit.
