Working alongside Simone of La Vecchia Dispensa, we created a capsule collection of three balsamic vinegars, each with a distinct use in the kitchen. The rosé agrodolce is part of this trio, perfect for adding a touch of freshness to your dishes. Its balanced brightness pairs beautifully with ceviche, or simply to enhance the natural flavours of raw or cooked vegetables.
