Working alongside Simone of La Vecchia Dispensa, we created a capsule collection of three balsamic vinegars, each with a distinct use in the kitchen. The 'everyday' balsamic vinegar is the perfect all-rounder. Use to enhance a leafy salad, to marinade red meat, or simply mix with extra virgin olive oil to use as a dip for fresh bread.
