Produced by La Vecchia Dispensa in Castelvetro di Modena, Italy

With a lower acidity (4.5% in comparison to 6% of our other balsamic vinegars), it is slightly sweeter than traditional balsamic. Ideal with vegetables and white meats. 

As with all of La Vecchia Dispensa's products these have been created with ingredients from local producers.  In order for this product not to oxidize, the vinegar is refined in steel rather than wooden barrels.
