In the hills of western Liguria, olive trees grow on steep terraced slopes that climb the valleys up to 700 meters above sea level. These groves are shaped by a unique landscape where the mountains drop quickly to the sea, allowing coastal breezes to reach even the highest trees.

This environment plays a key role in shaping the character of the olives. The resulting oil has a golden yellow hue and a light, clean texture. On the palate, it shows subtle notes of dried almond, ripe fruit, and fresh blossom.
