We first came across Marco Bonaldo’s products at Tutto Food, the renowned Italian Trade Fair. We were immediately struck by the bold and eye-catching design of the bottles. The company operates under the philosophy that "goodness is enclosed in beauty." This belief is reflected in their numerous collaborations with their ‘friends’, renowned artists and designers who illustrate their bottles, as well as with some of gastronomy’s most respected figures, including Alain Ducasse and Massimo Bottura. Embracing this tradition of quality and refinement, Galateo’s bottles have become iconic symbols of art and fine food, laying on the tables of some of the world's most lauded restaurants.

The company is located in the hills of Liguria, where Taggiasca olives account for 98% of the region's production, it’s no surprise that Galateo & Friends have chosen this variety, which is practically synonymous with northwestern Italy, to produce their monovarietal extra virgin olive oil. After the success of their oil, we couldn’t help but to add their tomato vinegar or vanilla oil to the shelves.
