Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena. 

The “Quarto Centenario” celebrates the 400 years of the Giusti family production. Aged over a long time this balsamic has a deep aromatic flavour, with scents of ripe fruits and is accompanied by notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of woods.
