Alziari Lemon Oil

Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store. 

Their Lemon Olive Oil is made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural lemon extract to create a brightly flavoured oil that works wonderfully with fish or in a salad dressing. 

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil (98%), natural lemon extract (2%).
