Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store.

Pressed from varieties harvested while still green, this blend is smooth and mellow. Sweet notes of black olives come through on the palate, and the finish is creamy and soft. A perfect accompaniment to roasted mushrooms or any dishes that are tomato-based.
