Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store. 

Their Pimento Red Pepper Olive Oil is made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural chilli extract to create a spicy, bold flavoured oil that works wonderfully mixed into marinades or drizzled over pizza.
