Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store. 

Their Thyme Olive Oil is made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and natural thyme extract to create an earthy flavoured oil that works wonderfully with roasted potatoes or drizzled over grilled lamb.
