A L'Olivier Bordeaux Red Wine Vinegar

Wine vinegars are a much under-used seasoning, and work as well in hot dishes, where they can add an uplifting zest of acidity and sourness, as they do in a salad dressing. The A L'Olivier vinegars are a useful addition to any kitchen, and the Bordeaux wine used here gives this one an excellent depth of flavour.
