This oil has a delicate, yet definite, flavour, with an undertone of fennel seeds followed by a warming pink peppercorn finish. Very good on hearty seafood such as monkfish, with steak, or as a dressing for a warm salad such as artichoke hearts with lemon and parsley.
Please note that tins are fragile and can sometimes arrive dented. We will not be able to refund or replace any dented tins unless the seal itself is damaged or the tin is leaking.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 98%, natural extract of fennel 1% and natural extract of pink pepper 1%.
