Since 1605, seventeen generations of the Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena. 

Using the sweet juice of Trebbiano grapes and white wine vinegar, it is then aged in French oak and ash wooden barrels. The result is a floral and fresh condiment with notes of citrus. Great over ceviche, in fresh dressings or marinades, or as an unexpected addition to cocktail.
