Produced by Liá in Messenia, Greece

A combination of exceptional soil quality and a unique micro-climate is supported by Liá's dedication to traditional and non-invasive agricultural methods. The latter is reflected in the design of the label - it is inspired by a traditional olive press. This, combined with the modern, sleek bottle, speaks of both Liá's connection with its past and its commitment to a future of innovation in Greek olive oil. 

Liá is made exclusively with Koroneiki olives, a native Greek variety. In 2019 it was awarded best mono-variety olive oil by Flos Olei.

2025 Harvest notes:

Notes of unripe almond skin and raw artichoke are softened by herbaceous citrus notes of sorrel and thyme, which continue onto palate. These are balanced by notes of unripe avocado, banana skin, and an earthy bitterness of walnut husk. On the finish, a clean mix of red and white pepper emerge, with a lingering, bright bitterness. Try pairing with a traditional Greek salad or on sheep milk cheeses. It’s character also lends itself to more robust flavours: on strong greens like Cavolo Nero, or with a hearty fish stew.
