Galateo & Friends was established in 2002 by Marco Bonaldo, whose 100% Taggiasca extra virgin olive oils lay on the tables of some of the world’s highly awarded restaurants. The name Galateo, originally the title of an etiquette book written by a Renaissance Florentine, entered Italian lexicon as a general term for social etiquette. Embracing this standard of quality and refinement, Galateo’s bottles are often collaborations with their ‘friends’--renowned artists and designers who create the look of the bottle, and whose often playful designs are utterly contemporary. 

This fragrant and spicy olive oil is made by macerating the finest chilli peppers in extra virgin olive oil. It is a strong flavoured classic, perfect drizzled over a simple chilli and garlic pasta.
